Registration Fees

Registration Deadlines

Deadline for Regular registration: until 30/09/2006 (note that from this date we can not include your abstract in the proceedings book)
Deadline for Late registration: after 30/9/2006

Participants' full registration fee includes:

-Admittance to Opening Ceremony and Social Dinner
-Admittance to all Scientific Sessions
-Forum bag and Final Program
-Abstract on CD Rom
-Coffee during official Forum breaks
-Lunch of 23-24-25

Accompanying persons' registration fee includes:

-Admittance of the Opening Ceremony
-Admittance to Social Dinner

Confirmation of Participation
The Organizing Secretariat will confirm registrations after receipt of both your Registration Form and payment fees.

Please note that your registration and abstract will not be considered final until the Organizing Committee has received payment from the presenting author.

Method of Payment
All payments should be made in Euros, without charges for the beneficiary.

Cancellation Policy
Written notification is required for all cancellations. For any written cancellation received before October 1st, 2006, 50% cancellation fee will apply. No refund thereafter.

NOTE: All Refunds will be made within 1-2 months after the Forum. Bank charges will be deducted from the amount due.

Currency
All Forum fees are calculated in Euro.
