GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION & SUBMISSION DEADLINES

We encourage theoretical and empirical submissions, research and technical or professional issues, approaches quantitative and qualitative.
Abstracts submitted for approval must be in English and in Canvas format.
The abstracts will be published in the Abstracts Book of the Forum. Publication of each abstract is conditioned upon payment of the registration fee, the latest by September 30, 2006.

LANGUAGE
The official language of the Forum is English. Please, note that no simultaneous translation will be provided during the Forum. However, during the Forum, you can do your presentation in French or Portuguese.

PRESENTATIONS SUBMISSION
Those interested in doing presentations at the Forum, should choose the type of presentation. Download the form (see below), fill all the required information, save it with your name and send it exclusively by electronic mail to the Forum Secretariat e-mail: criteos2006@sapo.pt.
Abstracts will not be accepted if sent by fax or hard copy (paper copy).
The presentations must be related to the themes of the Forum.

FULL PAPERS
After the abstracts are approved, the authors are invited to send us a full paper in English, until October 30. The full paper should have a maximum of 15 pages (including abstract and references).
To do this, please download the Full Papers Submission form (see below). All full papers will be submitted to a “Peer Reviews” procedure and, after reformulations, published in the Forum proceedings.

Proposal Review and Selection
All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by members of the Scientific Committee; reviewer assignments will be made based on the subject area selected by the submitter. With all proposal formats, including poster symposia, the Program Committee retains the right to request additional information, ask for changes to be made to improve a presentation, or decline to schedule a presentation the Committee does not find relevant to the meeting or that does not follow the guidelines for submission. No changes can be made after proposals have been submitted unless the Committee has specifically requested that change.
All presentations must represent completed work (do not submit a proposal if the data are still pending), presentations that discuss new scientific findings are especially encouraged.
